Returns & Exchange Policy

At Outlier Threads, every garment is made with careful attention to quality before it reaches you. We encourage all customers to review the size guide before placing an order.

By placing an order, you agree to the following Return & Exchange Policy.

Returns

We do not offer refunds or returns for orders once they have been delivered.

Please ensure you select the correct size, colour, and shipping details before completing your purchase.

Size Exchange

We understand that finding the perfect fit can sometimes be difficult.

That's why we offer one complimentary size exchange per order, subject to the following conditions:

  • Size exchanges are allowed only once for each product.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 4 days of delivery.
  • The requested size must be available in stock.
  • The garment must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, perfume, stains, or damage will not be eligible for exchange.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot accept exchanges for:

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
  • Products returned without original tags or packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A manufacturing defect
  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Images of the packaging

Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement if the issue is verified.

Shipping Charges

  • The first size exchange is complimentary.
  • Any additional exchange requests will not be accepted.

Important Note

We reserve the right to decline an exchange if the returned product does not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
